DOZPrint as stated in its name and logo, It is a trading company which helps its customers to source or Import and Export products, from one country to another. If you are a business which is interested in DOZPrint's products and services, you must register an online account.
Which Countries DOZPrint has offices at?
DOZPrint has office and warehouse in USA and China, But only offices in Canada, UK, Germany & Turkey.
Ordering
What is MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) or MOA(Minimum Order Amount)?
MOQ is minimum quantity that can be ordered on our website. MOQ is mostly requested for custom logo products. Every product description will mention how many pieces you have to order of each custom logo product.
Do you charge for Pantone Matching(PMS Color) and Why is that?
It depends. If they need it an exact match to a specific PMS color, then we charge the fee because we have to do more testing and maybe make some changes to the color mix to get it right. If they're ok with just a close match, then we'll use the formula and print as-is at no extra charge. Other than the extra work that matching can add to a job, there's also the cost of any leftover ink to think of. Most shops will mix more than what is needed, in case of reorders/add-ons/etc. If they don't use it all, they're stuck with however much extra ink, maybe in a random color that nobody else will use.
Can I Mix My Order Between Categories or Concepts?
No, You can't! Please keep your order in the same category or same concept! Click to see our concepts. Because every concept gets produced and arranged by different factories, for instance ordering custom logo products with sunglasses that will cause delays or even cancelations on your order.
How can I order products? How I know which warehouse is fulfilling my order?
All products online and ready to be ordered. DOZPrint have warehouses in USA and CHINA. Before placing an order you are welcome to ask our wholesale team about which warehouse will fulfill if you are going to place an order.
Another way to know during the checkout if you see option of Air Shipping or Sea Shipping that means it will be fulfilled overseas. But if you see Ground Shipping that means it will be fulfilled in your own country.
Payment
How do I make my payment for an order? Is Purchase Order (PO) acceptable?
- DOZPrint.com accepts all major cards online or offline.
- All bank deposits gets 1% discount on entire order!
- Purchase order is acceptable. please request a W-9 from us and provide your information with product details. We will send you an invoice.
Shipping
How does the shipping work?
There are several ways of shipping methods DOZPrint is using, most common ones called ground shipping and air shipping but there are also sea or railroad shipping too. Mostly our system will advise you what options we have for your order during check out based on your quantity. But still you are welcome to ask or advice us about your order shipping.
Can I use my shipping account?Our shipping accounts have good discounted rates, but you are welcome to use your shipping account if you like to. Just need to inform us about it during placing order and also provide us your shipping account information.
Why My Shipping Delays?
Since this Covid 19 pandemic has started not just only people also companies and mostly shipping companies are affected by because more restrictions and not fully working staff and more paper works came up. Shipping costs increased dramatically but still not 100% satisfaction guaranteed by any of shipping and logistics company! Please be patient! Everything will be fine if we all understand what we go through here. We do our best to pick right shipping company for our customers.
Customs
Do I consider as importer when I order products from one of DOZPrint's overseas warehouses? What should I have to know?
Yes ordering products from one of our overseas warehouses makes you an importer. Your business might not need a license to import in most cases but you are still responsible with all process of importing products from one country to another. You must be aware shipping between two countries is more complex. How much shipping programs look certain still sometimes delays might happen. Also Customs same way, sometimes suddenly rules and policies can change which can cause delays. As DOZPrint we clearly don't have control over shipping companies or customs delays.
